We started our journey at a first-time home buyer seminar that Jules had set up. (Highly recommended seminar). From the very start of the seminar, we could tell we wanted Jules to be our realtor. She explained in great detail the process of buying a home and made the overwhelming feeling of home ownership much better. Once we started looking at houses, Jules made sure she had the right house for us. She was always making sure we were happy. Every single step of the way she had our best interest in mind. Since we were first time home buyers, we had a million questions, and we were always comfortable calling Jules day and night with whatever questions we had. Once we found a house, she went to bat for us when it came to negotiations with the seller. She made sure that we were getting the best deal possible. If it wasn't for Jules I'm pretty confident that we would not be in the fabulous home that we're in today. She is top notch, and I would never want another realtor helping me in the home buying process.

Jules is great! Initially, she showed me a variety of homes to get a sense of my taste. Once she understood my preferences, she started to alert me of homes that she thought I would like to see as soon as they were listed. I was able to find a great home within a couple of months in a very difficult market. She works quickly and efficiently and makes sure you are moving smoothly through the entire process!

I had a great experience with Jules. I met her at an open house for one of the listings she was representing, and while that house did not do it for me, we began looking at others. We found a home that was perfect for where I am in life a few weeks later. Jules was always punctual to our meetings, and answered my questions very quickly. She also communicated immediately with the seller's agent when I had questions that were outside her knowledge of the property. I closed on my home in mid February and was extremely happy with the experience.

Valerie is one of a kind! We had a wonderful experience! Valerie was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the home buying experience- from details about homes we looked at to every step we needed to take to close on our dream home.
